Assembly building is to transfer a large number of on-site operations to the factory,compared with traditional production,it has been greatly improved in the construction quality,environmental protection,production efficiency and other aspect,and it itself has the characteristics of information management.The EPC mode is undertaken by a company to undertake the design,purchase and trial operation of the project,and it is fully responsible for the quality,safety,duration and cost of the project.Its connotation meets the inherent requirement of the development of the assembled building.With the rapid development of information technology and information industry in the economy and society of in China,to a great extent,the way of business and activity space have been changed and the enterprise can gain advantage in the market.Based on the above background,a large number of construction enterprises actively transform and upgrade,to expand the assembly building project business and carry out the management of the whole life cycle,and actively seek for the enterprise to upgrade the information construction suitable for their own development.And in recent years,a large number of assembled building EPC enterprises have emerged.However,the construction of enterprise informatization is a complex systematic project with long cycle and uncertain factors.Huge investment and uncertain performance output are the main reasons for the the construction of enterprise informatization of assembled building EPC enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically analyze the input and output of informationization in enterprises,and to conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the performance of enterprise informationization.Based on the research results of assembled building theory,EPC theory,enterprise informatization theory and performance evaluation theory,taking the operating characteristics of assembled building EPC enterprises and the characteristics of enterprise informatization as the reference,this paper build China's assembed building EPC enterprise informationization performance evaluation index system by adopting the contrast method.And it mainly refers to the existing country's mature information evaluation index system framework,and take "input-output" as the research idea.In addition,the performance evaluation model of assembled building EPC enterprise information is proposed.The structure of the model mainly consists of three major steps:selecting suitable research methods,calculating the index weight based on AHP,constructing the fuzzy relation matrix based on DEA,and calculating the comprehensive evaluation result based on FCA.Finally,the case study and model application of 30 enterprises were carried out,the feasibility and correctness of the model were verified,and specific suggestions for each enterprise's information construction investment were given,and pointed out the problems in the evaluation of enterprise information performance.Finally,to achieve the aims of promoting the assembled building EPC enterprise's information construction process.
