Along with development of the country information strategy and requirement of companies information system, enterprise leaders have pay more and more attention to the informatization, they realize information system relate to the profit and cost and invest more capital to informatization. But informatization is a big and complex job, the ROI blows the expectation of enterprise leaders, it causes us to consider the values of informatization.Although we can use improvement of working efficiency and more easy information shareable to describe the information system value, it is not enough.
