| In September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the development strategy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation" to encourage social employment.At that time,there was a new upsurge of entrepreneurship across the country,with numerous entrepreneurs from all walks of life.With the vast number of entrepreneurial start-up period of the company’s emerging,entrepreneurial period in the early days of entrepreneurship encountered a variety of entrepreneurial period hardships,difficulties have been plagued by many entrepreneurs.Among them,recruitment difficulties such as shortage of talents and recruitment difficulties have seriously hampered the development of the company.In this thesis,case study and normative research methods are used to find out that the recruitment difficulties in entrepreneurial enterprises are mainly reflected in the following aspects:recruitment difficulties caused by regional structural talent shortage,recruitment difficulties caused by temporary work mobility,recruitment difficulties caused by single work nature,recruitment difficulties caused by lack of relevant talents in the industry and recruitment difficulties caused by salary lower than the market level.A combination of human resources management theory and the experience of a business that has passed the start-up phase,the three common recommendations for posting job information through multiple platforms,participating in on-site job fairs and selecting headhunters,this thesis puts forward a strategy to solve the problem of individuality:Cooperation with universities,increasing employee benefits,establishing a database of employees,signing outsourcing agreements with Labor dispatch companies,strengthening team-building extended training,improving working environment,recruiting non-professionals through the company self-training and so on. |
