Study On Rural Land Transfer System In The Process Of Urbanization

At present,China is undergoing a new period of economic growth.Changes in all aspects of society are constantly deepening.Farmers’ lives and production methods are no exception.The transfer of rural laborers to cities has accelerated the process of urbanization,and the process of urbanization has further promoted economic development.In this process,various contradictory issues have emerged,among which rural land issues are an important factor in the process of urbanization.Reasonable and perfect land circulation system can promote the transfer of rural land,ensure the efficient use of rural land,increase farmers’ agricultural income,and then promote the construction of urbanization,and promote rapid economic and social development.In the research process of the paper,the research on land circulation system was taken as the main body,and the process of urbanization was the background.It greatly highlighted the issue of protection of the interests of the broadest peasants who had the closest relationship with land circulation,which was conducive to ensuring the rights and interests of farmers,and ultimately achieving the process of urbanization.The coordinated development of rural land circulation.Based on the relevant theories of land transfer,the paper discusses the practical significance of land circulation in an instance in Henan Province,analyzes the current situation of rural land circulation in the process of urbanization,and systematically summarizes the problems in the current rural land circulation.A theoretical analysis of the internal and external constraints of rural land circulation was conducted.Through statistical analysis,a long-term cointegration and mutual causal relationship between farmers’ nonagricultural income and land circulation was obtained,and the rationality of theoretical analysis was verified.Finally,the five principles that need to be adhered to in the process of formulating rural land circulation system were put forward.Within the framework of China’s urbanization development,specific policy and system proposals were proposed to form a complete land circulation system.
