Research On Evaluation Of Green Transformation Development In Jilin Province

The economic and social development has brought tremendous pressure on resources and the environment,which has caused serious consequences of depletion of resources and deterioration of the environment.This kind of pressure has adversely affected human society,limiting further development of the economy and society,and thus creating a vicious cycle.Mankind began to reflect on how people and nature should get along when facing with this predicament.The green transitional development model appeared and has quickly gained worldwide recognition in the circumstance.China has made great efforts to develop the economy by virtue of its own resources and environment since the reform and opening up,but China neglected carrying capacity of its resources and environment.Therefore,in recent years,problems of resources and environment have occurred frequently and it has seriously threatened the sustainable development of the economy and society.The Chinese government began to realize the seriousness of this problem and actively took measures.In 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed that green development should be used as a development concept to guide China's development during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period.As one of the Northeast Old Industrial Base,Jilin's economic development relies heavily on the development of industry.With the passage of time,over-exploitation of resources and environment,economic development and social development faced with lots of questions.Therefore,Jilin need the way of transformation sustainable development.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to carry out evaluation and research on the development of green transformation in Jilin Province.Firstly,this article sorts out the domestic and international research on the development of green transformation,we will deeply understand the content,purpose,implementation path and evaluation method of green transformation development.Then,in light of the actual situation of the green transformation and development in Jilin Province,creating an assessment index system for Jilin Province's considering economic benefits,social development,resource endowments,and ecological environment,and using grey entropy method to evaluate Jilin's capability of green transformation and development for the 10 years from 2007 to 2016.To conclude,Jilin Province's green transformation and development capability has basically risen in 10 years.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,proposing some advice from four countermeasures.
