| Entrepreneurial activities play an important role in improving regional economic levels,technological innovation capabilities,and reducing the gap between the rich and the poor.The regional entrepreneurial ecosystem is based on the theory of ecology and related to entrepreneurial activities.The concept of cooperation and symbiosis and resource complementarity,the entrepreneurial ecological subject and the entrepreneurial ecological environment on which it exists and develops are interdependent and mutually influential.A dynamically balanced ecosystem of common development.Therefore,using ecological theory to study the development level of regional entrepreneurial ecosystems has positive significance for promoting the healthy development of regional entrepreneurial ecosystems.This paper first reviews the theory of entrepreneurship,ecosystem theory and entrepreneurial ecosystem theory as the theoretical basis of the research,and systematically reviews and literatures on the related research results of entrepreneurial ecosystem definition and entrepreneurial ecosystem evaluation at home and abroad.Provide reference and reference.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theoretical analysis,based on the predecessor research literature,the evaluation index system of Jilin entrepreneurial ecosystem development level was constructed from the aspects of regional entrepreneurial ecological environment and regional entrepreneurial ecological subject,and passed the data processing test.Qualified indicators form a more comprehensive indicator system.Among them,the regional entrepreneurial ecological environment includes four first-level indicators of economic environment,scientific and technological environment,cultural environment and natural environment,and 16 secondary indicators affiliated with them;regional entrepreneurial ecological entities include Government,science and education service agencies,financial services institutions,intermediary service agencies,markets and entrepreneurial enterprises,six primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators attached to them.At the same time,using the structural equation model,the relative weights of the evaluation indicators at all levels are determined.Based on the completed evaluation index system,a questionnaire survey was conducted,and 299 valid questionnaires were selected as the evaluation targets in nine major city-level regions of Jilin Province.The gray correlation analysis method was used to conduct empirical research.The research results show that Jilin Province entrepreneurial ecology The system is at a medium level,and the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem still needs to be taken seriously.Suggested countermeasures based on the evaluation results and existing problems.Through the application of the evaluation index system,it can better reflect the actual situation of the development level of entrepreneurial ecosystem in Jilin Province,and also verify the rationality and scientificity of the indicator system. |
