2013 was known as the "first year of Internet Finance”.The Internet financial products,which took YU'ebao and P2 P as the representative,were widely acclaimed.Internet finance developed like splitting bamboo.In fact,Internet finance has been in a gray area in China.Internet banks provide a "legitimate path" for Internet finance to get out of the gray area.The rapid development of Internet technology translated Internet banks from the banks those open and handle business on the Internet into the pure Internet bank in the true sense.Financial innovation "Gold Ten" and the introduction of "Internet plus" promote the development of Internet banks.WEBANK and MYBANK are the first batch of private banks that China has agreed to establish.The major shareholders of two banks are China's Internet giants.They have significant platform advantages and are representative in the Internet banks industry in China.Firstly,This paper describes the background,purpose and significance of development of Internet banks.Then,the research studies on the current development of Internet banks,makes sure of the definition of Internet banking and distinguishes with other similar concepts.It summarizes the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars.The research finds that the characteristics of Chinese Internet banks are pure online,big data and cloud computing,24 H online services.It summarizes the Internet banking online operation model.In the analysis part,it takes WEBANK and MYBANK as examples,explains the online operation mode of each bank separately and makes a comparative analysis of the two banks' operation mode and business performance.It finds out a suitable mode for the development of Internet banks in China.At last,the advanced experience of Internet banks in the US and Japan is put forward.Three suggestions are based on five aspects,such as laws,products,services,management and risk.In the empirical research part,this paper uses the network questionnaires to collect sample data,and uses the probit model to analyse the relationship among the variable,usage of Internet banking and the customer satisfaction.The variables include age,gender,education level,income,Internet usage habits,financial experience and the area.Age has a positive effect on the usage.The degree of education and income has the reverse effect on the usage of Internet banking and the customer satisfaction.The financial experience also inhibits the customer satisfaction.The level of regional economic development can promote the customer satisfaction.WEBANK and MYBANK rely on the deep Internet financial background.They attract much attention from all walks of life.This paper takes them as the research objects.The research content is novel and the research results are representative.WEBANK and MYBANK both are Internet banks,but the operation models are different.The analysis of the two banks makes the result more comprehensive.The research makes suggestion for other Internet banks in development,promoting the development of the entire Internet banks.The time of Internet banks establishment is short and the corresponding data is less,so the results of the research need to be examined.
