In the industry in 2013 is often considered "domestic" of the first year of the Internet financial,2015 "red envelope","take a taxi","fast drop a taxi","double tenth a shopping festival" has been achieved for the vast majority of the alipay,WeChat users binding bank account.Online payment channel on the flow of it,has been formed by pay-and-escrow online(WeChat)and/or fragments.For big BAT,does not have offline genes.And commercial Banks on the basis of its own distribution network,professional talent team and customer management experience for many years,facing increasingly fierce competition,the success of the financial industry and the Internet company to explore,commercial Banks only to speed up the pace of business transformation,make full use of its comparative advantage,is committed to working with Internet companies in the aspects of products,services,channels to cooperate fully,can impact in the market for new profit growth point.In this paper,using PEST analysis,commercial Banks in terms of political,economic,social and technological analysis demonstrates the commercial Banks to participate in the feasibility and necessity of Internet payment market: Internet companies focus on the market,the product research and development,traffic entrance and drainage technology ability as the breakthrough point of the commercial Banks to provide a large number of;In industry segments is more deep,under the market trend of independent research and development of commercial bank,autonomous operation cost is not economic.Commercial Banks in the process of Internet payment market line layout should be opened in O2 O platform,pratt &whitney building aspects of financial,the innovation laboratory and scene with exploring a set of feasible profit model innovation.Based on micro baixin bank and the bank as a case,through the analysis of commercial Banks and the success of the Internet companies profit model,concluded that the commercial Banks to open attitude,positive through online physical boundaries,so as to set up diversified scene,eventually forming a guest,the management,profitability,the profit pattern of a virtuous cycle.
