Study On The Construction Of New Countryside In North Tang Village Of Changxing County

In the fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee,the party put forward a significant historical task of building a new socialist countryside.Zhejiang also issued a series of specific policies and measures to strengthen the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and to promote the construction of new socialist countryside.However,many new villages are still lagging behind in the construction of new villages.In this context,I choose my hometown,Bei Tang Village as a specific object of study,in order to provide references for other slow development villages in new countryside construction.This article is divided into six chapters,a systematic study of the new rural construction in Bei Tang village.The first chapter is the introduction part.This chapter expounds the background and significance of this paper,introduces the research status of the new rural construction at home and abroad,and explains the research methods of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis part,which is analyzed from three aspects: the connotation,characteristics and basic theory of our new socialist countryside construction.The third chapter is the measure and effect part.This chapter expounds the development status of the new socialist rural construction in the North soup village from the construction of independent management system,infrastructure construction,strengthening collective economic measures and the construction of ecological civilization.The fourth chapter is the part of the problem and the cause analysis.The author,through the field visit and investigation,summarizes the problems of the construction of the new socialist countryside in the North Tang Village and analyzes it.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions.This chapter putsforward the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Bei Tang village from two aspects: consolidating the foundation and encouraging innovation.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect part.This chapter makes a summary of this article,explains the shortcomings of the article,and makes a prospect for the construction of the new socialist countryside in Changxing County with the village of North Tang as an example.Taking the construction of new countryside in Bei Tang Village as an example,this paper studies the status quo,finds out the problems and puts forward countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for the new rural construction in the future and further improve the quality of life of farmers.
