Study On The Planning And Design Of Chinese New Socialist Countryside

New countryside construction (NCC) was the necessary process and stage in the process of economic development in China. China had stepped into the intermediate stage of industrialization, and which was able to fulfill the economic, material and theoretical foundation of NCC. The content, emphasis, model, pattern as well as objectives of NCC should be different due to obvious zoning differences and different development level. Five type of development pattern such as developed type, relative developed type, developing type, relative backward type and backward type were divided for the planning and design of the new socialist countryside in China according to the law of unanimous economy developmental level. Furthermore, models and demand of different kind of design and planning of the new socialist countryside were discussed preliminarily and the significant construction content were proposed based on the different development level of different types of design and planning models. In this dissertation, Dutou village of Bojia town of Liuyang city was taken for an example to analyze and study the good points and fault of currently available planning and design program based on the survey of the village. Meanwhile, the attentive items, demand, objectives and features in process of the design and planning of construction of Chinese new socialist countryside were proposed, which provided references for constructing harmonious society and aligned development of city and country. The main conclusions were following: The New countryside should be planned and designed in accordance with different model and the investing fields of NCC's infrastructure should be cleared; the central village should be planned on the condition considering the environment protection; the house of peasant self-build should be planned and designed reasonably according different facts; the dense type of planning and design should be applied in order to a beautiful village construction; in the end, the commonweal infrastructure and social security system should be built.
