China's tower crane manufacturing industry has experienced several ups and downs since the twenty-first century,with 2012 as the node.Prior to this,with the vigorous implementation of national urbanization and continuous investment in infrastructure construction,the entire industry A three-year golden period of development has formed.However,since then,the tower crane industry has seen negative growth for four consecutive years and has entered a cyclical structural adjustment period.Under this macro-development and macro-environment,the strategy of how companies survive and develop has become the key.This article through the in-depth study of the ZX Company in the industry,through the analysis of the company's internal resources and the level of the external environment of the industry,the application of strategic management related theory for strategic matching and selection,determine the choice of differentiation strategy for the company's overall development strategy.This paper uses strategic management theory and PEST,competitive five force model,SWOT matrix,IFE matrix,EFE matrix and other analytical methods to ZX Company's product composition,industry status,marketing,finance,human resources and technological innovation and other aspects of resources and The capability was analyzed.At the same time,external environmental factors such as politics,economy,society,and science and technology were analyzed.The development status and competition status of the industry were analyzed.Afterwards,strategic selection was made using SWOT and QSPM matrix to determine the current market conditions should be selected.Differentiation strategy is the company's overall development strategy.Finally,measures such as updating the concept of full-time staff,constructing a new organizational structure,improving the management capacity,establishing suitable incentive mechanisms,and performance assessment management measures were established to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.At present,China is in the period of development and reform.Supply-side reforms and"new normal" economy have become the general trend.If companies do not make strategic adjustments,companies that cannot adapt to the new situation will be eliminated by the market.It is an eternal topic for companies to settle down and find a suitable road for their own development.This paper aims to explore how scientific and rational analysis and selection of small and medium-sized tower crane manufacturing enterprises similar to ZX Company can fit their own development strategies in a new economic environment.The establishment of a foundation for ZX Company's long-term development will also provide some inspiration and reference for other companies in the current tower crane industry.With the progress of the society and the development of the economic situation,the company's development strategy needs continuous combination of theory and practice,and continues to conduct in-depth research.
