Research On The Business Model Of The Sharing Economy

With the development of the Internet and communication technologies,the sharing economy,as a new business model,has risen rapidly at home and abroad and is strongly affecting and changing the production and lifestyle of people around the world.The sharing economy generally refers to the main purpose of obtaining a certain amount of remuneration,using the Internet public information platform as a medium to enable the sharing of use rights among resource owners and demanders,thereby making full use of the idle resources of the consumer economy model.Any emerging business model will face many opportunities and challenges in the early stages of development and development.There will also be some problems that need to be optimized through continuous theoretical exploration and practical improvement.Based on literature review,case analysis and comparative research,this paper first studies the concept,origin and characteristics of the sharing economy and its business model,and refines the three main types of business models in China during the emerging period: the sharing of fixed asset business models,and the social networking platform.Business model and shared collaborative lifestyle business model.Further,the thesis proposes a theoretical analysis framework based on the development drivers,the main body of the industrial value chain,the profit model and the perspective of risk control.Then,based on the above-mentioned theoretical analysis framework,the comparative analysis of case studies of the three typical modes of shared economy business development in China at the current stage is based on a comparative study of three typical sharing economy businesses: Piggy Short Term Rental,Lujinsuo,and Pigging.com.The specific case analysis of the model finds that the sharing economy business model has the common problem that traditional enterprise human resource management is challenged,the social credit mechanism is being questioned,the laws and regulations system is lagging behind,and the risk prevention and control mechanism is lagging behind,and the credit mechanism is improved and strengthened.The policy environment supports,optimizes the relationship between supply and demand sides,strengthens the development of healthy website platform,strengthens the self-regulation of enterprises,strengthens the external supervision of the government and the industry and so on.It puts forward optimization proposals for the development of the sharing economy business model,and finally the sharing economy in China.The development of the further outlook.
