The Research Of Rural Credit Cooperatives Of Qinglong Manchu Autonomou County Based On Development Strategy

In this paper, in order to explore the development strategy of Rural CreditCooperatives of QingLong Manchu Autonomous County(Hereinafter referred to as RCCof QingLong), providing data for strategic research of RCC of QingLong, furtherimproving and perfecting the Enterprise mechanism，institutions and organizations ofRCC of QingLong, enriching and developing the development concept, marketing conceptof RCC of QingLong.This paper first to describe the background and significance of topics, introducingstrategic development, especially credit cooperatives strategic development of domesticand foreign status quo, elaborating the objective and methods of strategic development ofRCC of QingLong.Secondly, introducing the development survey of RCC of QingLong, and analyzingthe external environment and internal environment of RCC of QingLong from the macroand micro aspects, using the SWOT analysis on the basis of the front analysis, drawing thestrength(S), weakness (W), opportunity (O), threats (T) of strategic development of RCCof QingLong.Finally, on the basis of detailed analyzing of RCC of QingLong pointing out thedirection of its strategic development, and providing suitable protection measures,ensuring the realization of strategic objectives.In this paper, with the actual survey method to collect the economic environmentfactors and per capita income, with the human resources, internal-external resources,deposits, loans and other aspects of RCC of QingLong and ABC,BC, ICBC, PSBC, QHDCommercial Bank such as the main competitors in QingLong for comparative analysis. Bydata analysis in the investigation of comprehensive and meticulous research, and obtainingthat the macro economic environment of QingLong Manchu Autonomous County is good,providing strong safeguard for the strategic development of RCC of QingLong, in themacro analysis of RCC of QingLong, originally only considering materials from thepopulation environment analysis and the natural environment analysis, but as a result ofthe investigation is not comprehensive and enough depth for QingLong County natural environment factor, while the population environment in the high degree of sophistication,so in the end using the economic environment analysis of material.
