In the current times,the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure have achieved initial success,and the financial industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,the rise of the Internet and financial technology is profoundly changing people's financial behavior and consumption patterns.Commercial bank's financial product innovation,financial service innovation,reshaping business model and financial ecology are important issues related to survival.All of these innovative topics can not be separated from the support of information technology.Grasping the core competitiveness of technology,we must pay attention to software project management,improve software project management.Demand management in software project management is an extremely important part.Scientific and efficient demand management can reduce the contradiction between the demand presentation department and the software development center.It can reduce repetitive development and reduce R&D costs.And it can speed up project implementation progress based on business value and priority.More than that,it can help clarify the business logic and system logic and improve project quality.Demand management is the key to the success of software engineering projects.The commercial bank software system has the characteristics of professionalism,complexity,high-cost,and high-reliability.In the face of huge demand for product innovation,scientific and effective demand management methods must be matched to ensure the software project.Quality to meet business requirements.C Bank is a large-scale state-owned bank with a history of 100 years.The mobile banking project has been the focus of the whole bank's efforts in recent years.The goal of the mobile banking project is to create a comprehensive portal with rich functions and good experience in mobile financial services.It covers almost all personal business products and dozens of business departments across the Bank.Demand management is more difficult than ordinary projects.This requires that the mobile banking project must have a realistic requirements management specification,an efficient and reasonable demand acquisition method,and a strict demand change mechanism to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.This paper focuses on the optimization research and application practice of the demand management method for the C-bank mobile banking project.At the theoretical level,a comprehensive application of demand engineering,CMMI and PMBOK and other theoretical systems,summarizes and analyzes the process of acquisition,classification,control,tracking,and change management of requirements,and sorts out the theoretical systems and tools applicable to the bank's IT project demand management methods.At the practical level,taking C Bank as a sample,aiming at the problems existing in the demand management of C Bank in system construction,from the perspective of practical applications,combined with theoretical tools such as demand engineering,three improvement strategies were proposed for C Bank demand management:The model-driven approach organizes high-quality requirements,maintains baseline requirements,strengthens demand change management,and establishes demand matrices to achieve the need for two-way traceability.These three improvement strategies are respectively optimized for demand management in the three major stages of the requirements acquisition,change management and requirement tracking in software projects.And practical application in the mobile banking project.Finally,through the analysis of the application of the improved strategy,the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy are verified,relevant experience is summarized,and reference is provided for the follow-up of the mobile banking project and the management of the needs of other C-bank IT projects.
