Robotics is a focus of the science and technology development in the 21 st century.The development of industrial robots is positively related to the national economy and scientific and technological strength.In the development strategy of China’s economic transformation and industrial upgrading,the industrial robot industry has been greatly developed.The outlook is very optimistic.But its core technology is monopolized,especially the highest profit upstream industry chain,basically by the United States,Japan,Germany and other developed countries monopoly.Cost control,domestic and international competition,the establishment of the brand,these objective causes of China’s domestic robot industry to survive the difficulties.Therefore,want to seize the industrial robot market,we must do a long-term strategic plan.This paper focuses on the organizational structure of H Company to discuss how to build an organizational structure suitable for new industries such as industrial robots that can respond quickly to market changes and meet customer needs.After summarizing the theory of organization and related literature,this paper makes an in-depth interview on the senior management of H Company from the angle of influencing the organizational structure of the company based on the characteristics of industrial robot industry in China,and points out that it restricts the development of the company and affects the whole The objectives of the organization to achieve the problem,combined with the actual operation of the company,the company’s long-term development,management and other aspects of the proposed targeted solutions to change the original decentralized organizational structure to establish the main business system A combination of various forms of organizational structure,and put forward the implementation of the program safeguards.
