Based on the concept of manufacturing service,this thesis combines the Major scientific and technological project of Manufacturing Information Engineering in Zhejiang Province.The project's name is“The research on development and application promotion of small and medium auto and motorcycle manufacturing enterprises platform".This thesis choses the manufacturing service platform for auto and motorcycle enterprises as the object of study,and proposes the system and function structure of the manufacturing service platform,also does some researches on several key technologies of the manufacturing service platform.Specifically this thesis discusses two manufacturing services:Collaborative Manufacturing Service and Collaborative Procurement Service.We designed and developed a prototype system,also form a solution on manufacturing service platform of auto and motorcycle enterprises.Firstly this thesis introduces the research background,purpose and significance,and then summarizes the research situation of the manufacturing service platform.At the same time,it elaborates the development status and existing problems of the regional auto and motorcycle enterprises,and analyzes the present situation of the Collaborative Manufacturing Service and the Collaborative Procurement Service.And it gives the research content and the structure of the thesis.Then,the design scheme of the manufacturing service platform for the auto and motorcycle enterprises is given.This thesis analyzes the business requirements and manufacturing service requirements of the manufacturing service platform.The overall design of the manufacturing service platform is proposed,including the architecture and functional structure.On this basis,the key technology of manufacturing service platform is described.Several key technologies for manufacturing service platform are studied theoretically.The connotation,the process and the method of the collaborative manufacturing service dispatching strategy are studied.Aiming at the technology of collaborative manufacturing task assignment,the task allocation model based on cost optimization is established and a task allocation method of manufacturing service platform based on cost optimization is proposed.The collaborative manufacturing service module provided by the manufacturing service platform is studied.The demand analysis of collaborative manufacturing service module is put forward,and the design scheme of collaborative manufacturing service is given.The functional module design and database design of the collaborative manufacturing service are given.The process model of collaborative manufacturing service is analyzed,including collaborative response to customer demand process model,collaborative manufacturing service planning model and collaborative manufacturing production process control model.The collaborative procurement service module provided by the manufacturing service platform is studied.The demand of collaborative procurement service module is put forward,which is described from three aspects:supplier selection coordination,purchase order coordination and purchase receipt coordination.The design scheme of collaborative procurement service is put forward,and the functional module design and database design of collaborative procurement service are described respectively.The process of collaborative procurement service is designed,and the process model of collaborative procurement supplier evaluation module in collaborative procurement service is given.Then,a prototype system of manufacturing service platform for auto and motorcycle enterprises is given.Finally,it points out the main research contents and shortcomings of the research,and points out the need for further research in the future.
