Having been restricted by the factors of talent level and knowledge reserve,the small and micro enterprises in manufacturing generally have resulted problems such as weak technological capabilities and competence during development.To participate in collaborative innovation can help the small and micro manufacturing enterprises to reduce the cost of technology innovation and knowledge learning costs,to decrease risks,and to use the knowledge resources effectively.Collaborative innovation is an important means to improve the technological ability and competitiveness of enterprises.There had many academic researches on collaborative innovation theories,but few on the collaborative innovation problems of the small and micro enterprises in manufacturing.Based on the collaborative innovation issues the small and micro manufacturing enterprises facing,this dissertation carried out the research on the collaborative capability evaluation,collaborative capability promotion approaches and collaborative innovation services,and obtained the research outcomes as follows:1.The construction of the collaborative capability evaluation modelBased on the collaborative ability reflected in the network and the formation process,this dissertation introduced the collaborative capability evaluation indicator system which including four dimensions: technical ability,cooperation ability,cooperation environment and innovation ability,carried out evaluation studies by using the optimal evaluation theory and method of extenics,and constructed the collaborative ability evaluation model.2.The introduction of the collaborative ability enhancing methodologyIntroducing the collaborative ability enhancing theory,based on the innovation methodology into the model frame to stress the raising of the collaborative ability of the small and micro manufacturing enterprises,this dissertation developed the new innovation method that combined and integrated three innovation theories and methods of TRIZ,Extenics and DSM.It can be used to guide the innovation activities of enterprises from the thinking of original product concept,the form of expression,the technical and physical contradictions solving,to the flow management of the actual product design development,the method is named by "TIED"(Theory of Inventive Extenics and DSM).3.The construction of extendable collaborative innovation service modelBased on the complex network theory this dissertation deeply investigated the collaborative innovation networks,put forward the collaborative innovation service concept framework of "five dimensions" and constructed the enterprise collaborative innovation service model through evaluating the collaborative capabilities of the small and micro manufacturing enterprises,combined with knowledge resources with "TIED" innovation methodology.Based on the game theory,this dissertation also studied the game strategies of the small and micro manufacturing enterprises during the technical knowledge acquiring and learning,the evaluation of enterprises to participate in collaborative innovation will,and analyzed the behavior characteristics of the small and micro manufacturing enterprises taking knowledge resources by applying the theory of common pool resources.Through the way of simulation experiments and the practical applications of collaborative innovation method in a number of small and micro manufacturing enterprises,this dissertation preliminarily verified above-mentioned models and methods.The innovative outcomes herein were proved useful for innovative knowledge sharing,innovation capability enhancing,and innovation cost reducing for the small and micro manufacturing enterprises.
