With the development of electronic manufacturing industry, electronic products are of high value and variety,as well as customer's after-sales service demand market is huge, both this has made it hard to improve its after-sales service. In the inventory management mode of existing computer manufacturing enterprises' spare parts, there is a high degree of autonomy in the management of the inventory of the regional maintenance station. When managing inventory, they are not taking accounting into the company's overall inventory costs, which causes the concurrence that company's overall inventory backlog and topo-shortage and lead to low after-sales service level.Low after-sales service will bring poor customer experiences,it even leads to customer loss. The solution to this problem needs a reasonable deploy of inventory and adopt centralized inventory strategy to strengthen management. Moreover, the inventory transfer strategy is adopted to solve the problem of inventory backlog and topo-shortage.This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the unrepairable spare parts of computer manufacturing enterprises and there are two possible ways for its inventory deploy:safe stock deploy and inventory transfer strategy. Then the influence factors of the two-echelon inventory deploy are analyzed respectively, such as demand, shortage cost, transportation cost, service level and so on.Next, two models with the same deploy goals and different transfer strategy are built. One is the two-echelon inventory immediate transfers deploy model under the transfer strategy, which set the reservation coefficient to compare the advantages of full and non-complete transport strategies. It makes up the short supply by means of immediate delivery of unrepairable spare parts to meet the maximum after-sales service level and minimum cost of the system. The other is to get as many maintenance stations as possible to meet a specific after-sales service level at the minimum cost. The model has added two transfer constraint conditions, which is when the service level may not meet the specific one or exceed the maximum allowable shortage time in the absence of unrepairable spare parts. And by classifying customers, the maximum time for different customers to be out of stock is determined. These transfer constraint conditions make the system not to pursue the service level as high as possible, but to maintain at a reasonable level. This makes model more economical. Finally,an example of a kind of unrepairable spare part of L Group is introduced and verified the validity of two models.Sensitivity analysis was made for the related factors to help select which model is better when different parameters change. In general,a quantitative analysis method is used to study the two-echelon inventory deploy of after-sales services' unrepairable spare parts for computer manufacturing enterprises in this paper. In particular, transfer conditions are set for different grades of customers of different characteristics and the applicative conditions of two models are given, which has enriched research on inventory deploy for maintenance spare parts and provide a way of thinking for the management of spare parts of current computer manufacturing enterprises and to guarantee the after-sales service.
