| Along with the development of manufacturing services,the status of after-sales service in the manufacturing industry to gradually upgrade,which forced the manufacturing industry to continuously improve their level of after-sales protection,PBL(Performance Based Logistics,PBL,and translated into performance contracts)model came into being,and In the international community has been successfully applied.Based on the PBL theory,this paper takes the domestic enterprises as the research object,mainly includes the following work:(1)Research on supply chain spare parts control concept model of after-sale service in PBL mode.Based on the case study method,this paper analyzes the implementation process of the PBL project of Shanghai Boeing Aviation Refitting and Maintenance Engineering Co.,Ltd.by using field survey and interview data collection method,and constructs the extended closed-loop security conceptual model.(2)Research on the optimal equipment availability in PBL mode.On the one hand,through the literature research,the paper analyzes and summarizes the equipment availability in PBL mode and its five key influencing factors: equipment inherent failure rate,usage rate,spare parts inventory,maintenance turnaround time and equipment scale.The model of equipment availability-influencing factor is established,and simulation analysis is carried out by MATLAB software.On the other hand,the profitability of customer equipment is introduced,and the optimal equipment availability model is established,and the optimal equipment availability requirement is obtained.The study found that when customers blindly pursue high availability of equipment,customers will be due to equipment availability requirements and equipment profitability mismatch caused significant losses,and even cause increased costs of suppliers after-sales protection,resulting in the loss of the entire supply chain interests.(3)Research on Spare Parts Inventory Control Model of After Service Supply Chain for Customer Optimal Equipment Availability in PBL Model.From the perspective of the life cycle of spare parts,the spare parts design and manufacturing cost are added to the support cost,and the optimization model of spare parts inventory control is established.The non-linear programming method was used to solve the spare parts inventory,spare parts failure rate and minimum guarantee cost under the optimal equipment availability constraint by MATLAB programming.The study finds that,compared to the traditional after-sales service model,PBL model is conducive to stimulate suppliers to enhance the inherent reliability of spare parts,spare parts through the design and manufacture of spare parts to reduce the failure rate,The change of the inventory control strategy of the supplier with the profitability of the customer equipment is found.This paper provides a reference for spare parts inventory control of after-sale service supply chain in PBL mode... |
