How to exert individual initiative and creativity is becoming more and more important in the market competition environment.As the human resource management develop into the "era of human capital value management",how to really wake up employees,arouse the creativity of employees,cultivate excellent followership staff is the problem that organization leaders need to think about as well as the urgent need to solve the problem.For a long time,scholars have focused on leadership,but the followers and followership are ignored by scholars.With the development of practice,people have gradually realized the importance of the study of followership,and more and more research has begun to focus on the followership.At present,there are many theoretical researches about followership,and the empirical researches are less.From the perspective of followers' perception,this paper discusses the influence of transformational leadership style on employees' followership and emphasizes the importance of followers' perception of leaders' behaviors,this paper reveals the influence and mechanism of transformational leadership style on employee followership in the context of Chinese culture,this paper attempts to explain the mechanism of leadership and followership,and it provides a reference for further exploration of the leadership and followership.This paper is divided into five departments,and the first part is the overview of the research,including research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods and technical routes.Department of the second part is literature review.The three variables of this study are reviewed in terms of connotation,structure and measurement,and mechanism of action.This department Lays a theoretical foundation for later research.The third department is the design part,This paper introduces the data collection situation and discusses the relationship between the three variables.Based on the existing literature research and specific situation analysis,this paper puts forward the research hypotheses.The fourth part is the data analysis,using SPSS 19.0 to analyze the data collected by the questionnaire,correlation analysis and regression analysis and so on,to test the hypotheses.The last part is to discuss the conclusions of this paper and put forward management Suggestions on how to improve employees' followership.In this paper,the following conclusions are obtained.(1)Transformational leadership's vision motivation,leadership charm,personalized care dimension can positively affect employee followership.(2)The vision motivation of transformational leadership,leadership charm and personalized care can positively affect the organizational commitment of employees(3)Organizational commitment can positively predict employee followership,emotional commitment,continuous commitment,and normative commitment have a significant positive predictive effect on employee followership.(4)Organizational commitment plays a role in mediating between transformational leadership and employee followership.
