Study On Present Situation And Problems Of Industry And Commerce Fund Invested In Agricultural In Ninghai

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.Due to the particularity of agricultural production,the capital investment in its development plays a vital role.Industrial and commercial capital has become an important part of agricultural investment because of its flexibility and keen sense of the market.Therefore,this paper takes Ninghai County of Zhejiang Province as the research object,and makes a thorough study of the industrial and commercial capital investment in agriculture in this county.The main contents of this paper include: based on the research background,purpose,significance,research contents of this research topic of the research,the first overview of the agricultural investment in Ninghai county were analyzed,followed by Ninghai County statistical yearbook data query,select and government as financial institutions,non business capital,the total investment in agriculture,structure,etc.are analyzed,finally,through the use of field survey data,the investment of Ninghai County Industrial and commercial capital scale and field,agricultural investment pattern and investment effect is analyzed,pointing out the reasons of existing problems in agriculture,Ninghai County Industrial and commercial capital investment,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:The change of many indexes shows that the modern degree of agriculture in Ninghai county has been greatly improved in recent years.In recent years,the number and level of leading enterprises in Ninghai have been increasing,and the investment field has mainly focused on aquaculture and aquaculture;Select the government,farmers,financial institutions as non business capital investment,compared with industrial and agricultural capital investment,found that industrial and commercial capital and financial institutions is the main force in the Ninghai County agricultural investment.Industrial and agricultural capital investment are the main mode of enterprise + base + farmers / farm mode,enterprise(company)leasing / contracting business model,enterprise + cooperative mode of three kinds of scientific research institutions;Farmers' professional skills,the performance of farmers concept,competitive rivals and the size of government policy,land use policy,government financial support is the main industrial and commercial enterprises to invest in agriculture the primary issue.On this basis,this article summarizes the characteristics and problems of industrial and commercial capital investment agriculture in Ninghai County.Andsome suggestions are put forward,such as increasing guidance,increasing investment in superior agricultural products,exploring new industries and providing quality of villagers.
