| Industry investment fund is a kind of common investment tools in system of developed market economy, it started late in China, so far only about thirty years of development history. In the past, most scholars in our country did analysis and research on the overall industry investment fund, very few person pay attention on the research of relationship between government and industry investment fund, existing studies mainly focus on the role of government in policy formulation and development environment construction. To this article, I think that our government as a special market entity, has been participating in different ways and levels since the beginning of the development of industry investment fund, this has a significant influence on the development of industry investment fund in China. And, due to the current status that industry investment fund is not yet mature in our country, government participation for the future development of industry investment fund is still important. Therefore, a special study from the point of government participation in industry investment fund is of great significance in enriching academic theory and developing real economy.Based on the analysis of the overall development process and operating mode of industry investment fund, this article specially focuses on the study of government participation in industry investment fund. First of all, it divides the form of government participation into direct way and indirect way, and then studies their different modes of operation with practical cases. After that, systemically study the causes, distribution of benefits and risk taking for government participation in industry investment fund. Finally, it analyzes the positive influence and limitation of government participation on the development of industry investment fund, and proposes improvement suggestions. |
