The Chinese historical restaurant brands are not only have a long story with the great reputation,but also represent the traditional diet culture of our country.However,the situations with many of these enterprises are not so good at today's gradually fierce competition in diet industry,and some even go bankrupt.With social network permeate in every aspect of people's life and develop in an irresistible way,it has gain most of the attention of the world and become the focal spot of e-commerce.Therefore,besides inherit the tradition,it is more important for our historical restaurant brands to innovate continually.Social networks are becoming the source of the spread of online social hot events and fermentation,Microblogging and WeChat not only provide a new way of information dissemination,but also trigger a marketing revolution.Many catering companies began to use social networks to carry out marketing,which is an important opportunity for these the Chinese historical restaurant brands to carry out the social networking marketing.Domestic research on the Chinese historical restaurant brands,basically covers all aspects,but the marketing research of the Chinese historical restaurant brands is still relatively scarce in the context of the Internet era,and the depth and breadth of the study are lacking.In this context,the study of social network marketing for the Chinese historical restaurant brands is particularly important.Although the currently domestic researches of the Chinese historical restaurant brands social network marketing are still richer and more instructive to the practice.And then analyzed social network marketing environment of the Chinese historical restaurant brands,through the study of the changes in demand and motivation of the food's consumption in the current economic environment and the development status of the Chinese historical restaurant brands to reveal its importance.Finally,building social network marketing model and strategy of the Chinese historical restaurant brands.On the basis of the theory of social network marketing and the study of the actual situation of domestic catering,through the Shenyang class of the historical restaurant brands,analysis of the historical restaurant brands in the context of social network marketing marketing model,the use of comparative analysis of the case of the historical restaurant brands social network marketing innovative methods and strategies,summed up a new outlet of the historical restaurant brands "to revive" in the social network background.
