Research On The Mode Selection And Optimization For Inter-city Vehicle-cargos Matching Platform

The advent of Inter-city vehicle-cargos matching platform alleviates the contradictions of vehicle information asymmetry,and improves the efficiency of vehicle-cargos matching.However,China's Inter-city vehicle-cargos matching platform is still in its infancy period,it stays in groping stage in real business operations and current matching mode is very vague.As for now,there is no one platform is really profitable.In addition,the complexity,non-standardization and risk of vehicle-cargos transportation make it even more difficult to exploring the matching platform.At present,there are lack of research on the Inter-city vehicle-cargos matching platform in China,and very few scholars have conducted special study on the model of the intercity vehicle-cargo matching platform.Therefore,it is very important to study successful platform modes,so that it can provide experiences for new platforms,help on optimizing current mode and promote the development of the platform.Based on this,this paper studies the mode election and optimization of Inter-city vehicle-cargos matching platform.First of all,this paper leverage System Theory and Inductive Deduction Method.Based on the constituent elements of the pattern and research on multiple cases,this paper summarizes the types and characteristics of platform operation mode,business mode and service mode.According to the applicable scenario,analyzing the impact factors of constituent elements of the model,build complete logic framework for the selection of the platform model.It will provide decision basis for the model selection of companies who want to carry out the intercity vehicle-cargo matching business and build a matching platformSecondly,according to the development and characteristics of Inter-city vehicle-cargos matching platform in our country,this paper builds up Nash bargaining mode which considering the situation that the risk assessment between shippers and carriers is inconsistent and also the bargain power,also proposes model optimization mechanism.Analyze the effect of model optimization from three perspectives,which are transaction price,platform user income and transaction deal interval:gives the suggestions that the election of mode should base on the industry background,follow the market characteristics,improve management and control and achieve differentiated services.Combining with the characteristics of the platform,this paper points out that the mode optimization of the platform is to go socialization,intermediation and whole process control,finally realize the mode of "no middleman + infiltration transaction mode"Finally,based on the status of Inter-city vehicle-cargos marketplace and the development of Fuyoukache,utilizes MATLAB to do numerical simulation,verify the effect of mode optimization mechanism settings.According to the settings of trading mechanism and the management mechanism for shippers and carriers,provide recommendations for management decisions for further mode optimization.
