In twenty-first Century,human beings have entered an era of rapid development of information.As the continuous integration of the Internet and traditional industries,the logistics industry has also accelerated the pace of information construction.At home and abroad,virtual logistics platforms which provide logistics information services have sprung up.In recent years,experts and scholars in the logistics industry have thoroughly discussed the operation mode of logistics public information platform.Based on the research and analysis of the operation mode of logistics public information platform domestic and foreign,and combined with the research results of experts in related fields,we propose that the information analysis processing of the platform should be increased,the matching of the transportation supply and demand should be more intelligent,and the optimization goal of the matching should be based on the overall transportation costs(including the time cost).According to the characteristics of virtual logistics platform business scenarios and highway LTL transportation,we establish a matching model of multi-vehicle-type highway LTL transportation for the virtual logistics platform,and considering the loading optimization and vehicle routing optimization at the same time in the model.Because the model is a multi-objective optimization model,the objective function should be transformed into a single objective function in the solving process,so the introduction of time cost and the dealt with constraints reasonably,will make the model more convenient and efficient to solute.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different optimization algorithms,the genetic algorithm is selected as the algorithm of the model,and according to the research subjects and actual situations,every step of the algorithm is designed in detail,so that the algorithm can efficiently solve the matching model of vehicle and cargo,In the process of solving the problem,the algorithm is implemented in Java language,and we select some actual transport order and vehicle information from a virtual logistics platform to process an experiment.The matching model of vehicle and freight based on virtual logistics platform and the algorithm designed for solving the model,constitute the intelligent vehicle and cargo matching solution for virtual logistics platform.The solution can intelligently and quickly figure out the matching scheme of vehicle and goods with the lowest total transportation cost,and give a detailed driving route for each truck to pick up and deliver goods.
