Research On The Precise Poverty Alleviation Problem Of “through The Nation” In Menghai County

During the past forty years since reform and opening to the outside world,there has been great change taking place in Chinese economy with the economic aggregate topping second in the world.But GDP per capita is still low.The poverty alleviation of population in rural areas is an impending economic and political problem in the meantime as well as important livelihood issue,which is closely related to strategic national arrangement and social development.The implementation of targeted poverty alleviation is not only necessity for China to realize overall well-off,and common wealth,but also important guarantee for Chinese urban-rural integration,as well as the essence to construct the essence of socialist society.Menghai County,Yunnan is located in southwestern China.There are four directly entering socialism ethnic groups in Menghai among nine in Yunnan.Influenced by factors like social development,geological location and historical conditions,compared with other economically difficult regions,the living standard of directly entering socialist groups have less developed economic conditions,infrastructure,and low labor qualities.The targeted poverty alleviation of them is also the tough issue and barrier in the poverty relief work of Yunnan.Solving this question also means dealing with the core problem of poverty alleviation for Chinese minorities.However,the studies in targeted poverty alleviation,especially studies on directly-entering-socialist nationalities are in the initial stage with insufficiencies.There is still great room for research.Further study on the targeted poverty alleviation in China is necessary to improving Chinese poverty alleviation theories,as well as constructing the theory framework of poverty alleviation under the new normal background.From the perspective of the existing research materials,there has no systematic study on the poverty alleviation of directly-entering-socialism nationalities.Based on the target to establish well off society,the task combines multiple centers governance theories to explore further the targeted poverty relief in directly entering socialism area of Yunnan.Through selecting the nationality in Menghai as the research objects,it explores local governments as the subjects,establishes a multiple center governance targeted poverty relief pattern among non-government organizations,individuals,and enterprises,thus providing guarantee for how to accurate poverty relief,establish perfect targeted poverty alleviation system and developing Chinese poverty alleviation in order,formulating solution with pertinence,finally providing reference to solving the poverty in directly entering socialism ethnic groups in Yunnan effectively.
