Nudge Research On Poverty Alleviation Strategy Of The Ethnic Groups That "Directly Entering Socialism From Slave Society" In Yunnan Province From Theoretical Perspectives

2020 is the end of the year for poverty alleviation.After several years of targeted assistance,many poor households have escaped poverty from the establishment and registration system.But after absolute poverty is eliminated,relative poverty still exists.Yunnan’s “passing through the ethnic” poverty-stricken areas is a hard-boiled “hard bone” in poverty alleviation.Doing a good job in Yunnan’s “passing through the regions” poverty alleviation work is of great significance to stabilizing the border areas,promoting economic and social development,and promoting the “passing through the ethnic” culture.This article introduces the theory of "boosting" into the poverty alleviation of Yunnan’s "Straight-through Ethnic",taking Manxiantan Laozhai,Nanhai Village,Menglong Town,Jinghong City as an example,using document method,observation method,interview method,questionnaire method,The case study method analyzes the endogenous causes of poverty among the “passing the ethnic group” poor people and the problems and difficulties in the early assistance,carrying out the practice of promoting the poverty alleviation,and putting forward the enlightenment and suggestions of “promoting” the “passing the ethnic” poverty alleviation.The "straight through the ethnic" group has its own independent cultural value system and social relations,and it has low requirements for life and is easy to satisfy.Compared with the primitive family,the form of marriage and love is relatively insufficient and lacks long-term planning.The lack of concepts such as improving academic achievement,rational financial management,and participating in market competition,to a certain extent,is out of touch with modern economic society.The above behavioral characteristics have led to problems such as the failure of assistance policies in the“straight through the district” poverty alleviation work,the difficulty of establishing a mechanism for promoting the poor,the slower changes in the thinking of the poor,and the risk of returning to poverty after being lifted out of poverty.Analyzing the previous successful cases of poverty alleviation work,it was found that many strategies fit to promote theoretical ideas.Combining the actual situation of Manxiantan and Laozhai,using boosting tools to formulate assistance measures,the implementation has achieved good results.It can be seen that the "boosting" strategy is effective in the "straight through the ethnic" poverty alleviation work,but it is necessary to carry out the "straight through the district" and "boosting" poverty alleviation,requiring the designer to improve the moral standards,avoiding malicious assistance,and in-depth understanding of assistance.Targets and external environment,familiar with the promotion tools,clarify the goals of the promotion,and follow up and adjust in time during the implementation of the strategy.The conclusions of this article are of guiding significance for the poverty alleviation work of the "straight-through area" in some of Yunnan’s border areas,but whether it is universal or not requires in-depth research and verification.
