Research On Coordination For Online Travel Service Supply Chain Base On Profit-sharing Contract Model In Three-level Supply Chain

With the national economy maintained steady and rapid development and stable income increased rapidly, travel demand is showing a significant growth trend. China’s tourism industry is in the golden period in recent years. Online travel, as an important part of the tourism industry is in a period of vigorous development and the demanding has been increased year by year. Because of the homogeneity of the products, more and more tourism product suppliers are directing selling their products. Meanwhile, online travel enterprises through low-cost marketing promoted mobile tourism development and it led to the online travel companies’ revenue increased year by year. But the actual rate of profit cannot obtain the corresponding growth, and the whole industry revenue growth is slow. So we need to find a solution to establish an effective coordination mechanism, make the online travel company to get out of the price war and promote the competitiveness of the online travel service’s supply chain. Meanwhile, we need to improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain, enhance the market competitiveness and create win-win situation for each of them.With the supply chain management thinking wildly spread and information technology quickly developed, making the profit sharing contract was adopted into more industries and areas and more broad application prospects. In this thesis, the related research at home and abroad of online travel service supply chain and sharing contract were reviewed. It analyzed the travel service supply chain, the three-level supply chain, sharing contract and other relevant theoretical knowledge. In this thesis, it analyzed the development and current situation of online travel, category of online travel, the online travel service supply chain model of China, online travel business model, B2B online ravel supply chain and the existing problems of online tourism in China. Furthermore, it constructed the business model based on sharing contract on F company.In this thesis, the profit sharing contract of coordination mechanism for supply chain applied to online travel, and constructed the innovative business model of online travel company for F company. I hope the profit contract play a coordinating role in promoting the development of the online travel supply chain of F company.
