Study On The Exchange Rate Risk Of International Projects

Recently,with the expangding scale of China's international construction enterprises,the market share of China's enterprises in the international construction projects is also growing.But at the same time,the exchange rate risk exposure of China's enterprises is also growing,and the exchange rate risk management has become an urgent problem to be solved.In addition,In the academic field,the researches on the management system of exchange rate risk of international construction project are also very few.Based on the above problems,this paper is to explore how to effectively manage the exchange rate risk in international project,and establish the exchange rate risk management system,to manage the exchange rate risks of international project more scientific and systematic,in order to alleviate the lack of current exchange rate risk management of international engineering enterprises.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation,and analyzes the characteristics of international engineering and the exchange rate risk,and analyzes the exchange rate risk of China enterprises in each stage of international projects that may encounter.The paper also studies the influence that these risk may cause in the international construction.Secondly,according to the analysis of three elements of the exchange rate risk,the paper introduces the method of exchange rate risk management of international project.The paper also analyzes the applicable condition of these methods.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward the final conclusions,suggestions and prospects for the future development of international construction.
