Enterprises Laboratory Quality Management System Construction For Airworthiness Oriented

With the implementation of projects ARJ21 regional jet and C919 large passenger aircraft,China’s airworthiness system is getting constantly improvement.Meanwhile,promoted quality management systems are also required for the supporting units.Enterprise testing laboratory is an important function of the enterprise.It not only undertakes the product testing and inspection services in the enterprise,but also acts as an important role in raw material in-coming inspection,product process control,data collection and analysis and other quality management functions.How to establish an appropriate enterprise testing laboratory quality management system for airworthiness certification is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper will take enterprise A testing laboratory as an example,starting with the necessity of the establishment of the quality management system for the enterprise testing laboratory,analyzing the development history of quality management in domestic and international testing laboratories and the characteristics of testing laboratory quality management system.A method for constructing an airworthiness-oriented quality management system in A laboratory is discussed,and solutions are presented to solve the existing quality problems in A laboratory.The airworthiness qualification of C919 large passenger aircraft is taken as an example to analyze the Airworthiness certification process of enterprise testing laboratory.And the validity of the system is verified.At the last,the long-term quality work of enterprise A laboratory is prospected.This paper is focused on the establishment and improvement of the quality management system of enterprise A testing laboratory,and it also explores the process of NADCAP certification and airworthiness certification in order to provide reference for other enterprise testing laboratories.
