| Along with the continuous development of new technology revolution,knowledge in the organization is increasingly become the factors that can create value.How can maximum the value of the knowledge in the organization has become the focus of the enterprises’managers.Team which is widely used in modern organizations,has become an important part of the knowledge management activities.But the nature of knowledge itself determines that it can’t realize the value by itself.It needs to let team members share the embedded knowledge to apply the knowledge.Therefore,knowledge sharing is an important way of promoting the team effect of the knowledge value.It has limitations that team members carry out knowledge sharing,because every person draws on advantages and avoid disadvantages which needs the third party supervision and incentive to mobilize enthusiasm.So the atmosphere within the team and leadership is critical.Leadership which is the core of the team can serve as the role of third party influence which affects the behavior of the team members;whether fair inside the team will also affect the intrinsic motivation of team members’ knowledge sharing.Related studies have shown that transformational leadership behavior has stronger prediction function to effectiveness,but through the analysis of the CNKI’s index,we found that transformational leadership behavior influence on knowledge sharing mechanism is less.Based on the study of transformational Leadership behavior research on the effect of knowledge sharing,we introduced the sense of fairness as the intermediary variables to carry out the research.In this paper,we first to consult and arrange a large number of domestic and foreign related research literature.Based on the related researches of transformational leadership behavior、the sense of team fairness and knowledge sharing,we researched the dimensions of the transformational leadership behavior’s influence on knowledge sharing,and we Introduced the sense of team fairness as a intervening variable to study the effect of transformational leadership behavior on the sense of team fairness,the sense of team fairness on knowledge sharing and its role as the intermediary.We selected the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region institutions and business enterprises’knowledge-based employees which has the nature of the research team as the research object.Because knowledge sharing activities in the research team occur more frequently,which has the soil and the foundation of research.Based on the above research foundation,we designed the questionnaire.During the research,we issued 400 questionnaires and took back 333 valid questionnaires.Then we used the statistics software SPSS to do correlation analysis and regression analysis with the collected data.Through the above empirical research we draw the following conclusion:1.Transformational leadership behavior and knowledge sharing are related;2.Transformational leadership behavior and the sense of team fairness are related;3.The sense of team fairness and knowledge sharing are related;4.The sense of team fairness played the partial intermediary role between thetransformational leadership behavior and knowledge sharing. |
