In the past few decades, in the face of the rapid development of science and technology, the increasing complexity of technology and globalization, competitive pressures, the need for a more flexible form of organization to deal with, business organizations began to consider how to effectively integrate the power of the members, contributed to the organization of mutual communication and cooperation between members of the members shared responsibility, to face the vagaries of the environment. The team came into being as the necessary products to cope with the economic development trend. And become the rookie of the theoretical circle on the team more and more concern, has become increasingly fruitful. The team’s research focuses on factors that affect team performance. Research in this area each year was a significant increasing trend to deepen the awareness of the people on the team, in theory, management practice for the actual staff team building, team performance management, to stimulate the motivation of the team members to improve the team work and efficiency of new ideas and guidance. In previous studies, pointed out some of the major factors affecting team performance, team performance influencing factors are not perfect, especially the lack of sufficient empirical analysis. Therefore, the basis of previous studies, the use of empirical research and analysis to explore the transformational leadership behavior, team characteristics, team communication, team effectiveness, impact mechanisms.The form of a questionnaire survey, A Group Company of over100team field research, the survey mainly the preparation of a structured team transformational leadership, team effectiveness, team communication and team characteristics. This will combine the pre-study in team theory, first of all areas of team leadership behavior analyzed, and summarized to define the dimensions and type. Second, from the relationship between the study of transformational leadership behavior, team characteristics, team communication, team effectiveness to build a new theoretical model, through a questionnaire survey was conducted to validate and improve, mainly for its success or failure of a typical case of field interviews, better interpretation and application of theoretical models. In this study, SPSS17.0and AMOS4.0of statistical analysis software, the use of regression analysis, correlation analysis, analysis of variance, reliability analysis, validity analysis and structural equation modeling analysis methods and techniques, to validate the theoretical model and research hypotheses. Virtue offer as an example, the charisma, vision, motivation and personalized care for four dimensions to measure transformational leadership, from the high level of communication, and team members a sense of participation and openness in three dimensions to measure team communication, team commitment and team The two dimensions of the performance measure of team effectiveness. The analysis showed that the relationship between team characteristics and team effectiveness. The four dimensions of transformational leadership behavior and team performance have a significant positive relationship. Also found that team communication and team effectiveness also has a significant positive relationship. Constructed the theoretical framework of transformational leadership behaviors affect team performance. Finally, due to limited knowledge, pointed out in this article, they still need in-depth study of local and future research vision.
