In recent years,nuclear power development in China is facing a good opportunity,according to the national nuclear power development plan,by 2020 China's nuclear power generating capacity will reach 40 million kilowatts,is four times the size of the current and the development is very good and stable.China's nuclear power project management mode is a variety of patterns,reflects the self-independence of nuclear power and the contradiction of technology import,the research of nuclear power project management is of great significance.However,when a large number of orders in hand,due to the procurement of raw materials can not be behind schedule,is not sufficient,the technical preparations to adapt to a variety of factors for schedule management of project development,most of the actual project progress and schedule bias.In this paper,a nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprise a company as an example,the nuclear power project units to undertake the manufacturing schedule management process as the object of study,analysis and put forward the nuclear power equipment manufacturing enterprises in the project management work on new ideas and new methods.The most important management of project management is the project schedule management,which is the key quantitative criterion for the success of the project.It also wins the users and seizes the market.Good schedule management will have a good plan for support,especially in nuclear power engineering equipment project management strict,strict procedures,continuous cycle long,complicated interface but also the most incisive,how to ensure the progress of the project to achieve the expected goal,to meet the user requirements and provisions of the contract,is the key to the sustainable development of faster and better company.Firstly,the basic situation of a company and the current business environment was introduced to compare the company project management,then the basic situation and the business environment the introduction and analysis of a company according to the current status of nuclear power equipment manufacturing project management and the existing problems.Present situation and existing problems of schedule management of nuclear power equipment manufacturing project in a company.The status quo includes two aspects: planning and schedule tracking,control and assessment.Finally,it summarizes the causes of the problem.This paper based on the analysis of a project put forward new management methods and measures to solve practical problems,which have a certain guiding significance for the progress of the project management work of a company later,also control the management to provide a reference and reference for the same type of progress of manufacturing enterprises.
