Application Study On Nuclear Power Building Construction Cost Multi-dimension Calculation

With the diversity of construction units,the increased market competition,the higher standard for construction,the stricter management requirement and the strictly controlled investment on nuclear power project forced by the national "Benchmark Price" policy,project cost management become more and more important for nuclear power plant construction enterprises under the new market conditions of nuclear power plant construction.Cost calculation is the first link of cost management,so how to calculate and increase the accuracy of calculation result to satisfy the nuclear power market competition and construction cost management requirements under the new situation is the base to realize lean cost management as well as the precondition of whole-process cost management.Based on the nuclear power project construction features as well as the basic theories such as project management,cost management,current engineering constitution and cost calculation and combined with author's years of work experience on nuclear power construction cost management,this paper mainly studies the constitution system,elements and calculation methods of nuclear power project construction cost by the methods such as document research,theoretical analysis and comparisons for optimization after analyzes the current situation of domestic and international research.Specifically,it focuses on how to calculate and optimize each cost element(specialized subcontracting,labor cost,material cost,machinery utilization cost,measure cost,management cost,etc.)in multiple dimensions and replace the traditional cost calculation method in single dimension with a new set of scientific,systematic and standardized systems and methods adapting to the current nuclear power engineering construction cost calculation and optimization to greatly increase the accuracy of calculation results.By listing the specific applications and good practices of an enterprise on the construction cost calculation in several nuclear power projects and giving the application example of a certain cost element calculation in the cost calculation of one nuclear power project bidding,it verifies the feasibility and great practical application value&promotion value of this paper's study result and calculation method on nuclear power project construction cost calculation.
