Research On Communication Management Of CF Foreign Trade New Product Trial Project

The trend of manufacturing globalization promoted the OEM production's development and popularization.With the continual development and wide use of project management technology,more and more OEM enterprises start to realize the importance of the project management in their trial production of new product.The project management in China is in low level currently,and has significant disparity comparing with Europe-America advanced countries.This is reflected at the project management is not professional and the project management technique is not used systematically.For example,most project manager position is hold by key technical personnel.They have strong technical capability,but they have to give consideration to the technical breakthrough and project management in the project.So they will not focus on the project management only.Meanwhile,as they lack the scientific project management theory system,and have no enough management practice experience,they cannot control the project well in the process of project implementation.Currently,the theory research on the project communication management mainly focuses on the communication among the internal function department and each project stakeholders in project.And the channel on project communication,communication method,and the communication control is involved also.As the temporality & specificity of one project,there is no a communication system is stipulated definitely in the industry.And the research on how to build the project management system is lesser.Based on the study of the project management theory and project communication management theory,combining with the analysis on communication management of CF Company's foreign trade trial production project,this paper states the definition of project communication management and descripts the communication management in trial production project from internal & external aspect,performs the study and analysis for common problems.Through the improvement of organization structure and company rules & regulations,and the application of multiple communication channels and methods,established one set of reasonable & effective problem solving model.Through the specific practice on GEAE trial production project communication management,it verified the project communication model then.This project completed successfully and gain customer's good appraisal,wined the orders and honors for company.
