In recent years,company X has been facing many problems.In view of external environmental pressure,homogenization of enterprises keeps increasing and growing,which has made market demands gradually divided and saturated;and the rising labor costs,the progress in communication technology and the continuous price reduction of electronic products,all these factors have been bringing the routing terminal industry into intense competition and minor-profit era.Moreover,in terms of internal environment pressure,large personnel mobility and low degree of automation have made instability in product quality and high loss in production hours,and order quantity of products is less and information is not delivered timely,so no effective solution is available for the abnormal occurrence at production site,these factors lead to a declining competitiveness of the product.Therefore,it is urgent for company X to adopt critical development strategy to increase labor efficiency and improve core competitiveness.However,in the process of enterprise's upgrading,a certain risk exists and sometimes the consequence is even catastrophic due to the differences in environment and technology.Accordingly,how to effectively perform the research on development strategy becomes the key management problem to be resolved urgently by company X.In this paper,the following research is mainly conducted on the company's development strategy:First,in view of value chain theory,strategy path of enterprise's development is investigated.In the aspect of theories,the development of the enterprise management strategy is reviewed as well as relevant theory created by many domestic and foreign experts and scholars and their research achievements of enterprise strategy,with the aim to provide theoretical guidance for development strategy of the company.Then the lean production method is elaborated,which can provide guarantee for the effective implementation of the company's development strategy.Secondly,the external environment of company X is analyzed to find out opportunities and challenges the company encounters.Thirdly,the internal environment of company X is analyzed,mainly through the comprehensive comparison with enterprise in the industry in terms of manufacturing capacity,marketing ability,information systems and human resources,to find out the advantages and disadvantages within the company X.Finally,by incorporation of SWOT analysis,updated direction of development strategy is proposed,and the path of strategic direction of the company is also proposed around the new strategy.Meanwhile,measures are executed for optimizing process flow and upgrading product structure in resource focusing strategy,and for improving function and upgrading industry chain in resource turnaround strategy.By implementing continuous improvement and step-by-step solutions,existing problems can be resolved in the operation of the company,and the strategic goal of the company will be realized.
