As the change of the world's military and political situation,the past simple military requirement is difficult to meet the needs of military enterprise development,to explore and select a adapt to the reform of state-owned military enterprise civil-military integration and development has become the inevitable road.Think of modern enterprise management,and between human resources management and enterprise strategy can keep consistency,largely related to the enterprise performance management system.Thus,to promote China's military and civilian integration enterprises explore the implementation of civil-military integration development model,build a scientific and reasonable,and consistent with corporate strategy can be seen the importance of performance management system.As import started late in our country,performance management,is developing rapidly,a number of performance management theory and method of research after applied in the enterprise achieved actual effect;But due to reasons such as basic not firm,now many of the military enterprise performance management work there are still some problems and deficiencies,the effect not beautiful.To solve above problems,in our country under the background of the development of military industrial enterprises and fusion,this paper selected the representative of HS company as the research object,combined with the characteristics of military and civilian integration industry and enterprises,companies such as military and civilian integration type aviation manufacturing universal problems in performance management and conflict analysis,to explore a line of the existing problems in performance management,clear the direction of its performance management improvement and requirements,and try to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of collaborative innovation performance management platform,in order to military and civilian integration type of aviation manufacturing enterprises of performance management,and to explore a new mode of civil-military integration development support the innovation in management system.This article main conclusion covers the following contents:First of all,this paper designed and reconstructed the HS company performance management system,and puts forward a set of dynamic(dynamic)information dynamic,dynamic,multidimensional(army with double dimension)multi-level(operational layer,integration layer and base layer)multi-objective integrated collaborative performance management platform.Secondly,this article is based on the HS company multidimensional collaborative performance management platform system design and analysis of the application of the MBA knowledge,multi-level,multi-dimensional characteristic of HS company organizational structure,the design of military and civilian goods of BSC,forming two main line,draw lessons from gm's four dimensions(financial,customer,internal process,learning and development)mode,build BSC matrix of HS company.Finally,the article will continue performance feedback mechanism into multidimensional collaborative performance management platform system,based on the process of optimization,performance feedback mechanism is designed.
