Training takes a important role in thedevelopment of Human Resource as one of six parts,which is an essential link.The goal of the construction of enterprise training management systemis to improve employees' knowledge,skills,attitudes and values.In order to play the greatest potential to improve individual and organizational performance,promote the continuous progress of organizations and individuals,achieving double development.Establishing a position in the future market competition,enterprises must build a training system suitable for their own development,and raise the level of modern knowledge and skills of employees.This paper takes JL as an example,studies its training management,and probes into relevant theories of training management.The establishment of training management system is expounded according to three major frameworks: system level,resource level and operation level,andanalyze the problems existing in training management system construction.By using training management satisfaction survey,find ways and measures to improve satisfaction.Combined with all the research results,practical and feasible solutions are for the improvement of training management of JL,which will provide reference value for the establishment of training management system of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
