Reaserch Of Country Risk In Indonesia And The Syrian Arab Republic

As the global economic integration deepens,constant implementation of the strategy of ―going out‖ in our country,the Chinese enterprises transnational operation has developed rapidly.But due to the limited experience of transnational operation,China’s enterprises are not sensitive to the complexity of the national,regional risk management,even there is some misunderstanding blind area and some enterprises suffered huge losses.C hinese enterprises are facing the opportunity and also the great challenges.This dissertation selected Indonesia,Syria Arab Republic as the objects,through the research of general method of risk management and the countryrisk to identify the country risk factors and establish the country risk evaluation index system.This dissertation used investigation and expert scoring method,combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to analysis the risk evaluation index system through the determining combination weights based on the standard deviation revised group-G1 model,the model solved the distribution problems of subjective and objective weights in the combination weights,and to ensure that the combined weights calculated by this model could not only reflect the opinions of the experts,and reflect the index data.Result had shown thatthe Indonesian country risk at a medium level,the country’s political environment is basically stable.The government efficiency,the government’s policies and regulations on foreign companies,the completeness of law and efficiency are the main challenges;Suffering civil war,country risk of Syria Arab Republic at a higher level,the national economy into chaos and there will not be obviously improved.The aim is to sum up the general method of country risk identify and evaluation from the perspective of enterprise itself along the countries and region of ―OBOR‖ based on the evaluation and comparison of these two countries,and then make risk response plan.
