On The Risks And Countermeasures Of International Trade Between China And Mongolia

China and Mongolia have owned long-term historical origin,and their homeland has a very wide line which was connected with them.Now with the bilateral high-level visits between China and Mongolia and strategic relations between them has increased the breadth and depth of the bilateral economic and trade cooperation.And they jointly announced to strengthen Chinese "B&R" and Mongolia "prairle road" development strategy,then set up 2020 years of bilateral rrade volume target reached $10 billion.It is easy to find the importance to expand and increase trade and to ensure the steady development between them.Although bilateral trade is promising,many unknown risks just beneath the surface.So the study of trade risks and correspongding precautions should aslo be given considerable attetion.On this basis,this article use Mongolia's Anar company as an example,combining the situation of China and Mongolia?the application of international trade risk related concepts and theories?case analysis and literature research to discussed the development of China and Mongolia company trade risks existing in the current situation and business trade,and put forward his opinion on the risks and countermeasures.We think that bilateral trade between the two countries development situation is good,but for various reasons,the existence of trade risk still not allow to igonres.To prevent or minimize these risks,China and mongolia should work together to make the international trade between the countries of operation further standardized.Enterprises need to improve internal risk awareness,improve the risk prevention mechanism,strengthen the export trade risk management countermeasures.
