China and Mongolia are countries located in the continent of Asia. China’s largest neighboring border country is Mongolia, Mongolia east, west and south side all border China.. In recent years, due to the fast development of Chinese economy, Mongolian economic and trade exchanges have been continuously strengthened. At present, China is already the largest investor in Mongolia and the country’s largest import and export trader. China continues to improve in the Mongolian national trade status. From 1999 to 2015, China for 17 years in a row has been Mongolia’s largest trading partner. With Mongolia’s addition to the WTO, the development of Sino-Mongolian trade will further strengthen bilateral cooperation in the WTO framework, it will certainly be more standardized. China and Mongolia trade advantages lie mainly in the structure of bilateral economic complementarity, complementary advantages of technology and geographic position. Bilateral trade will not only help drive further growth of Mongolia’s economy, but also to meet the market demand of China’s economic development, in addition, the development of bilateral trade on the economic prosperity of the whole of Northeast Asia have belittled role. In recent years, bilateral trade from Mongolia can achieve the best interests of Mongolia shared the two sides. However, in recent years, with the expansion of the continuous development of Sino-Mongolian trade, trade friction and other issues also will appear, hindering trade growing, which requires Mongolia to jointly find solutions to this problem, constantly optimizING bilateral trade and economic development. This article intends to adopt UN Comtrade database (UNCOMTRADE) Statistical data, World Development Indicators (WDI), International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Trade Organization (WTO), the National Bureau of Mongolian and Chinese Ministry of Commerce Publication data statistics, etc. of bilateral economic and trade development history, current situation and development of the different stages of the existence of the business trade problems were analyzed, on this basis, the author details, particularly on the trade balance between China and Mongolia, complementary trade structure, trade status distribution and trade areas were studied and analyzed the favorable impact on bilateral trade in Mongolia. Mongolia in both economic development, as well as China and Mongolia trade policy, and finally, the author of the trade development prospects of the two countries were forecast analysis for Sino-Mongolian trade problems and prospects of development of bilateral trade in the future to predict obstacles in order to put forward suggestions and solutions in order to provide a quantitative basis for the research and decision-making.
