The International Trade Among China,Mongolia And Russia And The Border Economic Zone Construction In Inner Mongolia

China is adjacent to Mongolia and Russia geographically, it has provided favorable conditions for the trade development among China, Mongolia and Russia. China has become the important trade partner of Mongolia and Russia. According to the Competitive Advantage Index (CA), the trade of Sino-Mongolian and Sino-Russian are complementary. According to the Trade Combination Index (TCD), the trade of Sino-Mongolian and Sino-Russian are closely linked and with development potential. Inner Mongolia is adjacent to Mongolia and Russia, and has become an important hub connecting China with the trade between Mongolia and Russia. But the trade development among China, Mongolia and Russia did not pull the economic growth in Inner Mongolia. In order to boost the economic growth of Inner Mongolia through the trade among China, Mongolia and Russia, we propose the idea of border economic zone construction in Inner Mongolia. We put forward to five major traffic corridors as centerline and try to make the longitudinal traffic corridors of each ports turn into the economic corridors. We take the ports as the center and try to build border economic zone through frontier town construction. Finally, we integrate the longitudinal economic corridors relying on the traffic lines and the lateral border economic zone, which ensures the resource supply in our country and national economic security, and carries out the policy of opening to the north of our country actively, and prompts the trade complementary of Sino-Mongolian and Sino-Russian realized.
