With the vigorous development of the education training market,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce.Human resources has played a increasingly obvious role in promoting enterprise competitiveness as the most important and the most dynamic enterprise capital.So how to be better attract talent,find talent,develop talent,retain talent becomes the key to survival and development.Thus building a comprehensive and efficient human resources incentive mechanism becomes the important means to solve the problem of talent development.Through the human resources incentive mechanism,it can improve the whole quality of employees,fully arouse the staffs personal potential and enthusiasm,improve work efficiency,enhance the team cohesion,and promote the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper researched on the human resources incentive mechanism of YC education company.First of all,based on the human resources incentive theory and other related research,this paper researched the human resources incentive mechanism status quo of YC education company,and made a detailed analysis of the private education and training industry development situation and YC education company's human resources management present situation.Secondly,this paper used the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfaction of human resources incentive mechanism and employee needs.This paper analyzed the existing problems and reasons of the current YC education company's incentive mechanism.And then,on the basis of strategic guiding principle,individual rationality principle,incentive compatibility principle and precise fair principle,this paper optimized the human resources incentive mechanism of YC education company from the four aspects of compensation system,performance evaluation mechanism,training mode,and promotion channel.And this paper also analyzed the incentive mechanism's effect in detail.Finally,this paper put forward security measures of the incentive mechanism's implementation,according to the process of implementing incentive mechanism,which was divided into three stages including the preparation,implementation period of cost control,and implementation of evaluation and correction of the late.
