With the further development of market economy in our country and enterprise financial management system is increasingly perfect,the performance evaluation of financial personnel also put forward new requirements and challenges.More and more managers gradually realized that the finance department in enterprise has become the main comprehensive management department,and is one of the important departments related to the enterprise value management,for the future development of the enterprise direction and daily operation and development plays a more and more important role,and as members of the financial sector is the most basic financial personnel,its organization status are also rising,in order to better play to the role of the financial sector,improve enterprise financial personnel proportion in the creation of human resource,set up an effective financial personnel performance evaluation system has the more important significance.This paper combed the research status of performance evaluation and concise,and the performance and the performance evaluation related theory are explained and defined,laid the theoretical foundation of the article.Xi 'an co.,LTD as an example.next to Qingdao in Qingdao at present,the present situation of xi 'an co.,LTD enterprise financial personnel performance evaluation analysis,find out the problems existing in the present enterprise financial personnel performance evaluation,the cause of the problem.Finally,in combination with the practical situation of xi 'an co.,LTD.Qingdao beer,Qingdao xi 'an limited liability company to build a set of quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial personnel performance evaluation system,give priority to with the balanced scorecard and 360 degree performance evaluation method and the key performance indicators is complementary,and put forward the safeguard measures shall be taken in the process of system operation,including standard performance evaluation work,organization structure,personnel training,incentive system,and constantly revised timely system for examination and assessment of five aspects,to xi 'an co.,LTD.Qingdao beer improvement of financial personnel performance appraisal system of the new method,At the same time for the perfection of other enterprise financial personnel performance evaluation system in China to provide some reference.
