The Research On Data Management Strategy Of Payment And Settlement Department For HUNAN BOC

The rapid development of technology bring with the advent of big data.Internet finance,the third party payment impact the traditional commercial banking system,banks meet the huge challenges in the mode of operation,business innovation,management innovation etc.With the advantages of cost saving,high speed and wide range of information resources,the Bank of China has been committed to building"smart bank" in recent years.The bank payment and settlement acting as the core support system,is the foundation of the development of traditional commercial banks.Adhere to customer-centric,how to use the funds liquidation data resources of payment and settlement,developing the new strategy of data management.Using and expanding the value of the data base,we’d like to explore how to make the traditional line of business create new value,and create new competitive payment.In this paper,According to the actual situation,for payment and settlement department of the Hunan branch,we provide a set of effective marketing strategy and direction analysis.First of all,the development of bank payment and clearing business are analyzed,secondly,to optimization the data management service platform,proposed a series of optimization strategies.Finally,it mentions the assurance measures of the implementation of the above data management strategies.This paper combined with the actual situation of Bank of China Hunan branch payment and clearing business,according to the analysis of fully reliable,so it has certain practical application value,and also has an important reference value in the data management for other banks.
