With the deepening of China's financial market reform,if the companies in trust industry that is one of the four pillars of the financial market want to keep alive in the rapidly changing market environment and fierce competition,they must rely on the modern high-quality human resources.As an important module of human resources management,training can directly enhance the skills and quality of the staff,and is also an effective way to increase human capital and achieve organizational goals.Only by establishing a scientific and standardized staff training system to train and develop human resource,enhance the overall quality and work efficiency of the staff,firm can improve their business performance,enhance their core competitiveness and achieve leapfrog development.Based on the theory of training management,this paper takes the training management system of Hunan Trust Co.,Ltd.as the research object.We analyzed the present situation of the training management system based on the prior development path of the training system of Hunan Trust Co.,Ltd.And by deeply investigating the current training system of the company,we analyzed the existing problems in the aspects of training plan improvement,training demand analysis and training effect evaluation.Then this study put forward a serious of strategies to optimize the training management system,improve the existing staff training system.Ultimately,we intend to make the training system consistent with the company's strategy and the actual situation.The purpose of this paper is to study the improvement measures of employee training management system of Hunan Trust Co.,Ltd.,and to understand the importance of training as well as its relevance to the long-term development of enterprises.By applying the important concepts of training and development in the companies,we demonstrate that companies should not only pay attention to the gap between staff capacity and job requirements,but also to the development of staff's potential to meet their needs of development.We hope the research results can provide reference for the improvement of the training system of the trust industry,and provide the escort for the development of the human resource management system.
