Nowadays with all-pervading networking and mobile terminals,in order to exploit a bigger market space,the printing industry is running towards green,digital,intelligent and confluent directions.The whole industry is advancing automation and intelligentizing to increasingly promote the enterprise equipment level.Professional talents are therefore more desired.It demands reasonable collocation and use of human resources,and scientific salary administration so as to keep developing and competing advantages.Hunan Tianwen Xinhua Printing(Shaoyang)Co.,Ltd.(HNTW Printing)would not prosper alone in such a storm.It is a burning problem for the company to establish a better,more reasonable and more effective system of salary administration,to build an efficient and professional team of employees,and to realize fair remuneration and effective incentive.Taking the salary administration system of HNTW Printing as a case study,this thesis aims to solve problems existing in the current system of salary administration.Related theories are employed on the basis of extensive literature reading and review.Firstly,major problems in the system of employee salary administration are figured out through external investigation and internal inquiry.Aiming at these problems,the employee's position value is assessed through job analysis and evaluation.It follows the basic flow of salary administration.The optimization proposal is then formulated for the salary administration system of HNTW Printing with reasonably determined salary structure.To ensure effective execution of the proposal,guarantee measures are proposed in terms of organization,system and culture with a prediction of the executive effect.The salary optimization proposal is expected to make the salary administration system of HNTW Printing get scientific and perfect.It drives improvement of employee's professional skills and company's productivity,and further ensures the company's economic benefits and long-term development.In addition,the proposal also provides certain reference and guidance for optimization design of salary administration for other similar printing enterprises.
