Research On Purchasing Management Optimization Of Tobacco Sheet In China Tobacco (Hunan) Co.Ltd

Accompanying with the increasingly severe competition both at home and abroad,the tobacco industry is also inevitably facing many challenges,and it has continual higher demand for the quality of tobacco to meet the requirement of reducing tobacco harmful substances advocated by the World Health Organization.On one hand,the import cigarettes are seizing the domestic market with lowered price and tariffs;on the other hand,’there are short of suitable raw materials for domestic market,the inapplicable tobacco sheet stock is too large with high stock cost,so it is significantly important for the Tobacco enterprise to reduce costs,optimize inventory,improve product quality and enterprise competitiveness.In the fair competitive market,how to reduce costs and optimize inventory,and lay the foundation for the future development,are the problems this paper considers to solve.Firstly,by comparing the current situation and development of domestic and foreign tobacco sheet and understanding the international and domestic cigarette situation,predict the proportion of tobacco sheet in the tobacco market in the next few years,so as to analyze the influence on the cost of cigarettes;and start from the present tobacco sheet purchasing process,know the purchasing differences between tobacco leaf and tobacco sheet under the national monopoly system,learn about the general situation and advantages of the suppliers in the present market,analyze the existing problems of the enterprise on the tobacco sheet purchasing management,drawing on supply chain management ideas,by combing purchasing process,having strategic cooperation with suppliers,standardizing the contract,optimizing the inventory management to reduce the tobacco purchasing cost,so as to win the competitive advantages from manufacturing origin for enterprise to purchase high quality raw materials.Secondly,design new tobacco sheet purchasing process by optimizing enterprise supply chain purchasing management,rationally implement in the ERP,and at the same time summed up tobacco sheet purchasing way that is suitable for tobacco enterprises,and do the relevant staff training and implementation,so that to implement the supply chain systematically in the enterprise.Lastly,building up a visualization system management aiming at reducing cost and evaluating by key performance indicators as main method during the process of tobacco sheet supply chain purchasing management,so as to implement among each management level and staff,and evaluate the supply chain improvement result more transparently on time,and at the same time get more understandings and support for improvement with all the staff’s participation for continual improvement.In the completion of the optimization of tobacco sheet supply chain purchasing,the tobacco purchasing cost is continually reduced to improve enterprise competitiveness,and at the same time it provides a methodology and experience for enterprise’s other products supply chain purchasing with certain reference value.
