Research On RS Shipping Company's Performance Management System Design

Performance management is an indispensable and long-term business management tool,as the core of human resource management,starting from the organizational prospect and business strategy,existence for the enterprise to realize its development strategy and enhance the competitive advantage.At present,there are few companies successful by the performance management,because of the different cultural background and few people knew well the performance management theory and related methods which first implementation from abroad.Therefore,it's important to explore a feasible approach by analysis and study the system of enterprise performance management.Firstly,it provides a reference to optimize the performance management system and reform performance management for managers.Secondly,it provides a case for china scholars to research the implementation of the theory of performance management which is under the background of Chinese culture.Thirdly,it provides a reference for the same or similar industry.Firstly,this paper starts from the research of the relevant performance management theory and the study of a large number of domestic and foreign professional and authoritative literatures.Secondly,it takes the RS Shipping Company as a case to study and introduces the performance management status and problems.Thirdly,it focuses on the analysis of the main influence factors of the implementation of performance management system,and the principles and ideas of redesign the performance management system,and the redesign of performance plan,and performance management communication and guidance,and performance evaluation system to redesign the system of company performance management.Finally,it makes the corresponding guarantee measure for the implementation of performance management system.In this paper,it provides a scientific performance index system and the corresponding link to set up the performance management system through the design and research of performance management system of RS,and provides a reference of similar issues for research.
