| With the increasing competition of the market and the continuous development of enterprise informationization,more and more garment manufacturing enterprises try to improve the efficiency of enterprise production through the introduction of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system.However,the success rate of ERP implementation has been low.To find out its cause,the author found that many garment manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of ERP was only using computer software to replace the manual operation,and had not reasonable analysis or optimization of existing business process,so that the ERP system can not effectively support the operation and management of enterprises,making that the project implementation effect is poor even the consequences of failure.Aiming at such problems,this paper takes K clothing company as an example to study how to carry out business process optimization in ERP implementation of garment manufacturing enterprises.The main works are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the research status of ERP implementation,business process modeling and business process optimization in garment manufacturing enterprises,and selects and grasps the relevant business process modeling techniques and optimization methods.Lay a theoretical foundation for the implementation of business process optimization.(2)Investigating and analyzing the present situation of enterprises,using the method of quality Function deployment QFD to select raw material purchasing.External processing and sales delivery of the three key processes for the optimization of the object.The extended event-driven process chain extended Event-driven Process chain is used to model and analyze the process.(3)By collecting relevant data,using the DMAIC improvement model in Six Sigma management to analyze and improve the key defect links and key quality characteristics in each business process,to achieve the effect of business process optimization,and to establish the optimized process eEPC model.(4)ARIS Toolset software is used to simulate and simulate the process beforeand after optimization.The efficiency of process completion,the completion time of unit process and the utilization rate of personnel are selected as evaluation indexes.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results before and after optimization,the effect of process optimization is evaluated,and the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is verified. |
